How we work

White Structure

1

How your customers see you

It is not just a matter of having better products and services than the competitors. Effective communication will vary according to the category.

In the case of physical products, even if the customer wishes to travel to a bricks-and-mortar outlet, there is no guarantee that any guidance provided will be relevant to the buyer's needs. Increasingly, all of the fundamental issues like peer-group recommendations, specifications, availability and even prices will probably have been investigated in advance and the purchase decision will mostly have been made.

Our role is to refine the logic and effectiveness of the steps taken to transform the needs and interests of prospective buyers into purchase decisions. We provide explicit and actionable solutions to achieve this.

In current terminology, it is a comprehensive process called "UX design"

2

Why navigation is critical

The navigation-structure must present information in a logical manner, inviting the user to "drill down" from initial attention-grabbing statements of benefits to greater detail and a call to action. Techniques will vary according to the market category and user profiles, but page text, illustrations, links to resources, a blog and/or a newsletter will all contribute to the effectiveness of communication.

Navigation must be fast and logical promoting the process of drilling down to specific information.

Content must be relevant and updated frequently.

3

The value of UX design

The comprehensive process linking every aspect of user experience, the design and functionality of the offer within the structure of a website is called "UX design"

The fundamentals of this are shown in the table below
