Content development

One of our most important tasks is to create (or improve) the content that will be used in websites, newsletters. Blogs. advertising ,point-of-sale materials - in fact everything involved in the communication process.
 

The strategy developed in the early stage of work will identify the methods and techniques required to convey the relevant information to the various stakeholders.  Customers, prospects. Internal staff, sales personnel, agents, resellers etc will all need information that is explained and structured in whatever form and tone best suits the characteristics and mindset of each. The table below identifies many of the critical elements.

We will determine what "assets" exist.. These may be text, illustrations, specifications, diagrams and our role is to evaluate, amend or replace whatever is necessary. Often, the client will have much of this material in usuable, digital form, but we will create them in collaboration with the client, suppliers and agencies. Every element will be stored in an OBJECT LIBRARY for use throughout all client marketing operations. This ensures consistency with the strategies as well as saving time and cost while helping to discourage attempts by unauthorised persons to invert their own versions.

We usually write (or rewrite) material supplied by the client to ensire it is consistent with these essentials). Text is complemented by diagrams, pictures, flowcharts etc to provide the most intuitive correlation between stakeholder needs and the client's offerings.
